Palm kernel oil is an healthy vegetable oil.similarly to coconut oil, is high in saturated fats and is more saturated than palm oil.and it does not contain cholesterol or trans fatty acids.It is commonly used in commercial cooking because it is lower in cost than other oils and remains stable at high cooking temperatures.
Before and after cracking of palm kernel
First we adopt professional palm kernel nut cracker in our palm kernel husking and separating series.crushing rate is above 90% and do not broken the kernel.
Then our palm kernel husking and separating series use air separator system,through adjusting the transducer to control high pressure air speed and volume.when the speed and air arrive the critical value,it can separate the shell and kernel.
After our palm kernel husking and separating series,the kernel in shell rate is less than 5%,shell in kernel rate is less than 5%.
