Continuous palm oil refining process includes 4 sections, they are palm oil degumming & deacidification  process, palm oil decolorization process and palm oil deodorization process. This video show us the palm oil decolorization process and  palm oil deodorization process.

In continuous palm oil refining process, palm oil decolorization machine can remove odor from the oil to improve the quality of palm oil. Decolorized palm oil (Bleached oil )is charged to deodorizer directly or through heat exchanger and is heated at high temperature and also under high vacuum in deodorizer vessel to obtain odorless clear oil. Once the deodorization process cycle is complete the oil obtained will be odorless and light in color. Besides, the deodorization tower can both keep good smell of the cooking oil and remove the free fatty acid. At the same time, this tower can save the direct steam. The consumption of steam is only 30-50% of the normal tower. After cooling it will pass through polishing filter to obtained sparkling light color and odorless oil for packing, which will be used as edible oil.
